Ina P Montgomery, M.Ed. is the Founder and Executive Director of Urban Technology Empowered Communities dba/ Urban TEC.  As a digital literacy education and training company, its mission is to bridge the digital literacy divide in urban schools and communities to ensure that urban students have access to 21st century knowledge and skills to be competitive.  As a career technology professional, Ms. Montgomery has delivered training and education for corporate America, higher education and K-12 education. Ms. Montgomery stands at the intersection of technology and Black history. She has launched a K-6 Saturday Academy named Culturally STEAMed that provided STEAM education, 1:1 Reading Instruction and celebration of Blacks in STEAM - https://www.culturallysteamed.rocks - because STEAM ROCKS!! Ms. Montgomery is currently writing her own STEAM education curriculum that will be launched in Fall 2023. Ms. Montgomery is a graduate of South Carolina State University and the University of Virginia. She has worked at Booz, Allen and Hamilton and has delivered workforce development training at Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever, QuickTrip, Harley Davidson, GEHA and others.
