I’m Shauna, or “Ess” as in capital S. Ess Factor is a play on words of course. The name of my business represents the results of the correct formula being applied -- as calculated in professions such as mathematics, chemistry, creative writing, and racing.

I’m not a racecar driver or a chemist. And you DO NOT want me calculating math. Fortunately, I do know a thing or two about creative writing, it’s how I passed most of my college classes – including the essay I wrote that was so exemplary it was nominated for my university’s annual publication. 

It’s true my resume resembles a pinball machine. The good news is, I have a broad understanding of several specialties, knowledge of a mounting list of software programs, and the ability to effortlessly come up with small talk. I continuously discover new talents, strengths, and preferences as a by-product. Listing them all would be quite mundane.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City as a non-traditional student, attending night classes for 5 years in order to achieve this noteworthy distinction.

I live my life surrounded by a constant climate of magnified senses. Meaning: words have colors, colors have emotions, sounds have added frequency, touch and texture are essential and taste is selective. Being a sensory person means that processing thoughts involves advanced intensity. Maturity and the collection of my experiences help me apply creative solutions. It also means that when someone speaks about their project, I instantly visualize possibilities. Let’s call them Ess Factor solutions!
