Like it or not, culture is everywhere in our workforce and impacts everything from our greeting, brainstorm process and decision-making tree. Whether an organization is task oriented or relationship oriented is cultural. The way employees engage with their superiors is cultural. The dress code, or lack thereof, is cultural.
